What types of vessels do you work with?

We work with all classes of commercial vessels — tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, offshore support vessels, FPSOs, and more. Our solutions are designed to scale appropriately for both single-vessel operators and large fleet managers.

Can you support vessels already at sea?

Yes. Remote technical support is a core capability. We can diagnose, troubleshoot, and in many cases fully resolve system issues remotely, regardless of vessel location. For issues requiring hands-on work, we coordinate with local certified engineers globally.

Do you provide vendor-neutral advice?

We aim to be as vendor-neutral as possible. Our recommendations are based on technical fitness-for-purpose and client operational needs — not supplier incentives. Where we have established partnerships, we disclose them clearly.

How quickly can you respond to a support request?
