Can you help choose between OneWeb and Starlink?
We can help compare options around routes, applications, hardware and provider terms. Availability and the commercial arrangement must be confirmed for the particular vessel.
Do you provide official GMDSS surveys or certifications?
Specialist surveys and certification are arranged with appropriately authorized providers. Duncan System does not present itself as a certifying authority.
Can we keep our existing network equipment?
That is part of the initial review. A model list, a simple network sketch and photos of the installation help identify what can be retained or needs changing.
How is a quotation prepared?
We first clarify vessel details, the required work and port timing. Equipment, airtime, attendance and ongoing support are scoped explicitly for the job.
Is Amazon Leo available through Duncan System now?
It is a future option we are following. Regional availability, suitable hardware and provider arrangements need to be established before a project can be offered.
